WEEK END STYLE: PJ

"Admit it: if it were socially acceptable to spend all day, every day wearing your comfiest, coziest pair of pajamas, you'd do it in a heartbeat. Unfortunately for those of us with office jobs and after-work dinners and drinks on the docket, however, that's usually not possible.
Or is it? PJ dressing has been a major fashion trend for several seasons running, and there's no better time to test-drive the look than during the fall and winter months—which, conveniently, happens to be exactly when it's most difficult to set your beloved jammies aside every morning in favor of more classically acceptable daywear. The trick to executing this somewhat intimidating (yet irresistibly comfy) mode of dressing? Pick just one sleepwear piece—say, a silk pajama top, drawstring pants and then dress it up with closet classics you'd typically wear outside of the bedroom. Or, go for a bold statement in a two-piece printed set—just don't drop the ball when it comes to those accessories! "(Elana Fishman,  from"Lucky")
